LIV is only good $$$ for the pro's. It's horrible for the audience (real fans) who want to watch the best players playing together. The game of golf is over. People should care abt their own interest. And not caring if Rahm or DJs money or if PGA deserves bad things. Honestly I really don't care. I do care only in my own interest that is to watch all the best players in the world playing together.
Well with the pga flip flopping on all decisions , they are going to go and get the money and I hope they do . No one want to work with a company that can’t be straight and make decisions

LIV team setup should be new method its way more exciting. But as more come over the money wont be there to entice big names. Seems like a crossroad in the near future 🤔 like 2 months or less. Lots of money moving gets things happening ya know

And all of this because main man Jay, didn't want to work with LIV…. Oh well, they had it coming and i don't feel sorry for them… Bit of a bummer that we dont have all the players competing in the same tour but, that wasn't the idea with LIV, it just became that out of necessity..
LIV was happening with or without the PGA, they should have seen this as an opportunity…. TGL,, hahaha,, okay you go ahead with your video game if that even goes on, but man im exited for Rahm's move to LIV.. The flood gate has opened… I can see how this grows to the point where players will compete to play on LIV…
Would it not be great if PGA and LIV merges, but LIV stays the same with a few events per year, and everyone plays the tour as usual.. The original 8 events per year for LIV, with a qualifier of some sort to get in for the season… That would be awesome…
I think when the ball roll back is announced all the players and most importantly the sponsors and manufacturers will want to cross to LIV, thats perhaps why the amalgamation talks have stalled as LIV are waiting on announcement's on the ball and we will see the formation of the DGA. They'll buy all the big courses and hold the majors themselves those they cant buy they'll just replicate in Dubai. Lets not forget we are talking about a Country who want to operate robot jockeys in horse races!
Does PGA players who left the PGA tour to join LIV golf know that DJT made MBS a sucker footing millions for LIV golf and at the same time support and maintain DJT golf courses?
Can’t say I’m a huge LIV fan, but I am a huge golf fan. I thoroughly enjoy watching these incredibly talented players carve out the master piece courses all over the world. And I am a huge DJ fan. But I just can’t wrap my viewing head around the shot gun starts and where the certain player is and trying to see how many holes are left etc etc. It’s just my opinion it’s a hard watch. I’m probably the minority but if they could just MAYBE follow a more PGA tour TV format it may win me over TV wise? It seems chaotic to me. Any one else feel like this?
I will personally buy Cantaly and Schauffle hats if they puss out from the competition of the PGA tour and came to the realization they can’t or won’t win a major… and as for Rahm leaving… what is he scared of Scheffler and not being good enough to be number one player in world. And Finau another guy who can’t win a major… also he owes investors a million bucks.
Can someone please tell how LIV is anywhere near profitable? They spent at least $2B on players alone, and you can still get tickets for like $10. And the network they broadcast on is so hard to find.

But, then I’m older and I also have never really been representative of the majority in most things. Totally do understand those leaving PGA for guaranteed (or mostly) major money. It’s only the very rare Rorys and Tigers who are in the money class where even that kind of money wouldn’t mean a totally different financial world. Last thing, apologies for off-topic – if something could be done about the outrageous commercial time during broadcasts – and that ‘Playing Through’ is an insult to anyone’s intelligence.

Let's hope they give the finger to the USGA and encourage equipment innovation instead of setting golf back 25+ years. How about updating the courses (higher rough, smaller greens, more bunkers, etc.).
