It was a fabulous shot by Charlie, but if he could carry the ball 321 yards he would be playing from the same tees as Tiger. The set up for Tiger is 7106 yards long and for Charlie it is 6036 yards long.
This is the perfect example of how ball & club technology is way out of hand. If this doesn't prove it, nothing will.
He didn’t drive it 321. That was the yardage down middle of the fairway. He cut it over the sh@t. Carried it like 280 or so none the less
Too high expectations for this kid. He has way more opportunities than any other kid his age, in terms of money, professional coaching and exposure to the highest level of the game….but he will never be as good as his dad. That’s a fact.

Years ago I watched the coverage of a tournament in Tigers waning years and the coverage was Tiger did this and Tiger did that now lets go to the "reporter on the green" and "what can you tell us about Tiger" and this went on for 15 minutes.
And the last 5 seconds was spent on who was actually winning the tournament and Tiger wasn't even in the top 10…. the MSM loves their darlings.
