Superb interview and convo! It's clear that Monahan is the fall guy. He will go when a saviour of some kind steps in.

I would love Bob to share his opinion on the obvious mismatch of culture between PGAT and PIF……IMO, PGAT have proven their lack of integrity

Rory's comment in June that it won't be a problem if PIF invests as they will be a minority shareholder, showed how little he understands about business, and real control

Cricket's massive rise over the last decade is a great example of what's possible with smart vision. Bob is the first American I've heard talk about Cricket's rise…

You guys are great as LIV grows hopefully you grow with them. The PGA only cares about the top thirty players and couldn’t care about the players that play their hearts out every week trying to make it on the tour. Jay only cares about Jay and his salary for mismanagement of tour is ludicrous 😂

Here is what the NYTimes reported a while back concerning the tentative agreement between PGA/LIV: "The board of directors for the new for-profit entity would be led by Yasir al-Rumayyan, who is the governor of the Public Investment Fund and also oversees LIV. Three other members of the board’s executive committee would be current members of the PGA Tour’s board, and the tour would appoint the majority of the board and hold a majority voting interest, effectively controlling it."

PGAT wanted the US Tour to be the end all in Professional Golf with the rest of the World tour as its feeder tour, but the players & Golf fans are Worldwide now & they want to see a big golf events in their countries.
