Number Johnny Five! (reference to Short Circuit 2) I actually call quite a few Jons/Johns that.

    Welcome to LIV Jon Rahm!

Funny that folks playing for the PGA dissed LIV hard for a long while, and now are basically part of the LIV mothership.

I’d expect a few other big names to jump soon: Fowler, Day, Cantlay…

Great news. Jon, you made the right choice. The PGA ship is sinking fast. Can't wait to watch you play.

Jon Rahm isn't a bigger name than any of the other big signing bonus players that LIV already has. This is a non factor as far as any desire to watch LIV Golf. He made a personal decision to easily make generational wealth and it's money that he ONLY got because of his performance on the PGA Tour. "Growing the game" is a ridiculous excuse. When Jon was dominating the Memorial Tournament after 3 rounds and was disqualified at that point because of a positive Covid test he handled it with pure class. That situation impressed me more about the man than any golf shot or tournament victory. Sorry to see him go but there will be another great young player to take his place.
If LIV ever changed from their Mickey Mouse fun house format and played real championship golf they would be the best golf show in town but until then they are mocking the game.

Game changing for golf, now the shift is made. I'm a Hughes fan of golf and the players in general. This is a big blow to the PGA Tour, which is getting boring now.

I dont hate the move for Rahm, but he just needs to say that he left because hes making $500 mill+. Otherwise he would have already left. I dont mind LIV, i actually went to the boston event, but if we are being real there’s been no progress or “innovation” since it started as he said.

KUDOS to Jon Rahm !! Well done… LIV can trumpet its newest addition and the PGA Tour will go back and lick its wounds as it tries to figure out just where golf is going. Bravo Jon Rahm!!!

S M A R T. Free $600M and still gets to do all the PGA stuff when they merge. AND he gets to own a LIV team. Smartest move in golf this year.

Congratulations Jon! I hope it’s a successful move for you. And I’m really sick and tired of hearing the PGA especially Rory complain, and Tiger WTF! Do they have to complain about?

    Or any player on PGA…..

The Majors had better get their act together and allow all players to play, OTHERWISE……if someone wins a Major, without top players there should be an * asterisk…….stating the PGA and majors don’t work well with others.
