There is a very simple and easy solution to this issue. PGA doesn't need to control everything golf, to be in charge and the only party that can decide who can do what in the world of golf. Golfers should be allowed to play where they want and for whoever are willing to pay them to play. If PLAYER A wants to play on PGA Tour he is free to do that without the DP Tour, LIV or any other Tour discriminating against him. The same goes for PLAYER B if he decides to accept an offer from LIV. If the PGA or DP Tour wants to keep PLAYER B on their Tour, they must make a counter-offer which he can accept or decline…it's his job and it's up to him. Should he want to return to the PGA Tour, he can either apply (if there is space) or wait for an offer. No need or justification in penalizing him for taking up an offer to play on another Tour. And if any Tour wants to keep their players, it is up to that Tour to better their product in order to keep players, or to attract new players. The MAJORS should be non-affiliated and only interested in having the best players to attract the best competition and the best product for the spectators, fans and followers. That is how easy it is…but no, the PGA wants to continue with their monopoly and stranglehold they have on world golf.
