As much as I cannot stand Rory he made mistakes, that this early in the year are easily made and easily corrected. It was only a few and I think he is in for a MASSIVE year. He might have realised the most powerful club in the bag can be used outside the game, that is, less BS distractions and his right to say "NO….I don't want to be used anymore by the hierarchy to enrich them and expose myself to more unnecessary work which has cost me 10 years of my career." I hope that is the case anyway, because I think they copied up to him and burdened him so someone from Northern Ireland wouldn't be the G.O.A.T. and it would be an American History of Golf.
