You’re crazy… but correct. I’m in on LIV give him a Billion and a team that he can have Charlie… and eventually transfer it to him. He would be crazy not to take it.

No need for Tiger to go to LIV. He was already offered once and he rejected it. LIV understands and respects that. Any player deservingly gets an offer either its taken or not.

It won't happen. But I definitely like the idea. I really hope this merger goes through and we get a great schedule of PGA Tour events and LIV team events with the Majors weaving between the two.

What IF??? Stay with the PGA, he is already a billionaire. He doesn't need money. Let all the big names leave. A lot of those guys will not be able to play in PGA tournaments??? Talking about maybe making it easier to win more tournaments/ Majors????

Tiger will definitely join LIV…. Just a question of when and not if. Unfortunately, Tiger will most probably have to take a pay cut to join.

Here is my hot take. How much money does LIV actually make? They are spending so much money on players and events that it feels like it’s not even profitable. We know they have the money up front, but at some point if they don’t start making money then I can definitely see things going sideways.

Why would LIV want Tiger Woods !!!??? Did you see him at the Hero World Challenge? It was a sad sight.

No chance Tiger would go and 1 billion? For a guy that is long past his prime and is basically like a collector car that once was a hot rod but he’s limping on a few cylinders and who knows how long he will last. I think just leave him where he is sitting right now with the PGA. I wouldn’t even make an offer to him if I were LIV. You want race horses that have longevity and life not old or worn out has-beens that are constantly breaking down.

The PGA is already finished, and yes both Tiger and Rory are both joining LIV Golf. They are working out the details as we speak. That's why the venture he and Rory were working on has been placed on hold. The PGA is finished!

Tiger is washed up as a pro golfer and only point paying him to LIV is a knife in the ribs to the PGA and he is popular and would still draw sponsors, and crowds.

Most so called "Conspiracy theories" have become truth. The team part of this whole discussion would definitely make it more tempting, I'm sure. I may even subscribe to Liv if that happens.

Tiger should make the move now. If he still wants to be involved in world class golf in the future (whether it be as a player of some kind of advisor role), he's going to have to be part of LIV/PIF. The PGA tour as we knew it is done. It either makes a deal with the PIF, or it sinks. Tiger would be smart to join now. He has the most influential voice in golf, by far. As such, he would be able to steer the new entity in a positive direction.

Tiger’s issue is that any decision he makes isn’t in a vacuum, he has partners and numerous business interests alongside his endorsement endeavors.

Personally, if this benefited the people around him (considering his family is taken care of to say the least), he should consider it.

Tiger has nothing to offer. He can't play, he's a phony and a liar. There's nothing that would damage the good rep of LIV more than letting that whoremonger join.

Tiger can only play once a month, so putting each major into the schedule means he can probably only play like 2 Liv events? Maybe not even that lol Rory is the player they offer 1 billion too. Thats the smart business man choice

Yo, I think you’re a little disconnected from Golf. If you haven’t seen the resident thoughts and peoples minds as of lately, but they think that John Rams sell out for everything he said before going to liv I can tell you that a lot of people have lost respect for John not because of going to liv but because of what he said beforehand

Not out of the question. Liv is the world golf tour. PGA tour will never be that. If they can co exist no reason he cant play at min, certain events.

Didn't he already turn down an initial offer of $900,000,000 to begin with? No way he's in good enough physical condition to play that many events either.

LIV would have to out of their mind to bring Woods in. There is no reason. LIV needs to go after the future. Get Spieth, Scotty, Jason Day. I’d get Rory before even thinking about Tiger. Tiger is done and only wants to preserve his legacy. Who cares how many PGA wins he has. The only thing that matters are the majors and the PGA has no say there. The global elite tour cannot be stopped. It is a brilliant idea having the top players facing each other 15 times a year then again in the four majors. The pga and the DP tours become feeders. I think Jack said this a year ago. This is the future of golf and it will be fantastic. Any top player that can’t see this is out of touch. Rahm knew this and this is why he jumped. It’s that simple.

PIF has money but PIF is not naive.
You see, Tiger is the biggest fish in everyone’s eyes. But Tiger isn’t the only fish in everyone’s eyes. It’s about majority of the players. If one guy god forbid chockes on his morning bread and goes isn’t as bad as the whole family.
PIF knows that and that’s not where the focus is.

TW would be signed to be a Captain of a team since he has a bum leg. otherwise IDT the PIF would bother with TW.
